Adopt & Foster Application
Please adopt one of our amazing pups and give them the love you and they deserve. You can see our available dogs if you scroll down on the home page.

If you are interested in any of these pups, or you know that you would like to adopt from us when the right dog comes along, please submit an application.

We will update the page and let you know as new dogs are ready to arrive, as well as updates on our fosters.

If you are interested in becoming a Wagging Tails foster home, you must submit this application as well.

Please read carefully and agree to the following terms and conditions by checking each item before completing the adoption/foster application:

- I realize that the vet care for my adopted pet can cost over $1000 per year and I am willing to accept this responsibility.

- I live within a 90 mile radius of Thornwood, NY. Please check on Google Maps if you are unsure.

- I realize if my application is missing any information my application will not be processed.

- I am aware that this application will take about 15-20 minutes to fill out and requires information including personal references, vet references (if applicable) and work information. I will have this information available prior to moving on with the application.

Once you submit an application, The review process usually takes 3-7 days to complete, depending on how quickly your references come in and how quickly you respond to our emails. Our primary means of communication is e-mail; please check it frequently.
